A FEW NOTES ABOUT THE AKASHIC RECORDS
You’ll never receive information you are not ready or prepared to receive. Spirit knows where you are in your journey and what is beneficial for you at this particular stage in your journey.
Everything that is communicated is done so with a non-judgmental lens of love. The records are a high vibrational resource and you’ll only receive information that comes from a loving and compassionate place.
When asking about relationships (romantic, familial, platonic), you will only receive information that has to do with your soul and your growth. We cannot read someone else’s records to get information on their journey. It’s an invasion of privacy to consult the records to get information on someone else without their explicit in-person consent.
Asking Questions
Ordinary, everyday questions can be really easy access points to open the records up and receive greater insight. You can ask specific or general questions. Often, common themes or connecting pieces will present itself throughout many questions and you’ll start to see consistencies.
There’s no need to stress over creating perfect questions. Any question can help give you insight and information from your records. This guide is just to help you reflect on what you might want to learn.

A LITTLE REFLECTION CAN GO A LONG WAY
Reflecting on what is going on in your life can help you develop your questions:
What would you like clarified?
What would you like to answer?
What would you like to explore?
Where do you need closure?
Where do you feel fear or pain?
Where do you feel you need healing?
What do you want to let go of?
What doesn’t make sense?
EXAMPLES:
Behind the Scenes Questions—
How does this support my growth? What are the benefits of me doing this?
Empowering Questions—
How can I make my relationship stronger? How can I best serve the world with my gifts?
Repeating Patterns and Disempowering Behaviors—
I tend to attract partners that are not emotionally available, can you help me understand this more?
DISCOVER YOUR PAST LIVES
Often times we can have challenges or blocks in this life that seem bigger than our experiences.
This can make us feel as if something is wrong with us when we carry patterns or emotions that don’t logically make sense. But many times we are continuing lessons from past lives and the struggles we feel can shift drastically by understanding the origin of our struggles and karmic cycles.
You can ask what past lives are having an effect on your presently or explore past life imprints with those who you have relationships with in this incarnation.
