12 week

SELF-DISCOVERY Circle

Sundays Starting August 20the 9am PST

An intimate women’s circle diving into Elise Loehnen’s book exploring the seven deadly sins—ancient ideas of morality that still control and distort women’s lives today.

Together, we’ll explore how these themes and our collective unconscious keep us from trusting our natural instincts and seek to reclaim self-trust through reflection, connection, and intuitive guidance.

Breaking Free with "On Our Best Behavior”

Unmasking the Seven Deadly Sins: An Empowered Journey Toward Self-Discovery and Transformation

We often walk through life carrying unseen beliefs and invisible cords created by centuries-old societal norms. At SANCTUARY, we believe in breaking these unconscious contracts and learned “good girl” ways.

The SANCTUARY woman doesn’t need to be “good” in the ways she’s been trained to be—often at the cost of her own well-being.

When she’s anchored in her values and integrity, she becomes a fierce force of revolutionary love not despite herself but because of herself.

Introducing the Sanctuary Self-Development Circle, a 12-week, immersive journey towards self-discovery and empowerment, using Elise Loehnen's book "On Our Best Behavior: The Seven Deadly Sins and the Price Women Pay to Be Good" as our structure for discussions and personal reflection.

By questioning our inherited collective beliefs, we have the potential to liberate our authentic selves and invite in profound transformation.

We live in a world that thrives on the unseen. Our habits, thoughts, and desires are often governed by forces that operate behind the veil, deeply rooted within our collective consciousness.

Why this book?

Because it attempts to unveil the societal norms and ancient rules that have been silently controlling women’s lives.

Each chapter delves into a different 'sin', revealing how these powerful concepts have been manipulated and used against women over centuries. This isn't about breaking rules but about understanding them, questioning them, and, ultimately, deciding whether to carry them forward or leave them behind.

This Sanctuary Self-Development Circle isn't a reading group—it's an intimate circle of growth and exploration facilitated by an expert guide.

What You Can Expect:

The structure of our journey is designed to guide you through each chapter, each theme, and each revelation at a nurturing pace, allowing time for reflection, integration, and shared wisdom.

This experience will be capped at 12 women to maintain an intimate circle and allow all participants the time and space to actively discuss and receive guidance if desired.

This 12 week transformative journey consists of:

  • 11 group video calls that combine insight, discussion, mentorship, and community

  • Choice of a 1:1 private mentorship call or intuitive reading with Kristen, a seasoned intuitive and personal development coach (current mentorship clients will receive a bonus reading)

  • Pre-call reflection worksheets for each section and theme to aid in self-reflection

The Promise:

We’re reading a book, but this isn’t your average book club—it's an invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Together, we will explore, question, unmask, and seek to come back home to spiritual wholeness.

At Sanctuary, we believe in the power of community, in the strength of shared wisdom, and in the transformative potential of self-discovery.

The Schedule: Sundays Starting August 20the 9am PST

We start with an Opening Circle followed by weekly discussions with two integration weeks to catch up on reading if needed (no meetings 9/3 or 10/15). Calls will be recorded for participants who might miss a call and will be available to group participants only.

All group calls will take place over Zoom.

YOUR INTUITIVE GUIDE

My name is Kristen Rice. I’m a clairvoyant seer trained in behavioral health who offers akashic record readings, human design deep dives, and sacred soul tending through my signature coaching programs. I’ve spent over 1500 hours holding space for growth and transformation, and it’s truly an honor to be invited into each healing journey. I believe every person, no matter what you’ve experienced, can find joy and belonging—I, in many ways, am proof of that.

A Letter From Kristen:

We live in a world that thrives on the unseen.

Our habits, thoughts, and desires are often governed by forces behind the veil, deeply rooted within our collective consciousness.

Women have been bound by societal norms and expectations that limit our potential, keep us small, and stifle our true selves for centuries.

Today, I invite you to step into a journey of self-discovery and empowerment–an opportunity to unmask the unspoken rules that can undermine our power when left unconscious.

In partnership with a group of like-minded seekers, we will delve into Elise Loehnen's new book, "On Our Best Behavior: The Seven Deadly Sins and the Price Women Pay to Be Good."

Together, we will navigate the underlying structure of the Seven Deadly Sins, exploring how they continue to influence our behaviors and how we've been programmed to equate self-denial with being good.

Each sin we encounter will be a gateway to insights about the ancient codes that shape our lives and identities.

This 12-week transformative journey isn't a reading book club–it's a facilitated exploration of wisdom, self-discovery, and liberation. It's an invitation to go beyond the pages and integrate these revelations into our everyday lives.

I will guide you through each chapter with structured discussions, reflection exercises and worksheets, personal coaching, and a supportive community of fellow seekers.

Unearth the origins of your ingrained beliefs. Discover the hidden forces that shape your decisions and behaviors.

Are you ready to embrace a new perspective that celebrates your unique power as a woman?

As we embark on this journey together, we're not just reading a book—we're rewriting our narratives and redefining what it means to be "good" women in today's world.

I warmly welcome you to join us on this expedition of self-discovery and transformation. Let's illuminate our paths towards a balanced, spiritually fulfilled life, free from the constraints of unseen chains.

Yours in exploration and growth,

Kristen Rice
